Teaching DevelopmentThe Pagoda offers a supportive in-house learning environment for all of the students and staff working at Cambridge Early Learning Centre. The aim is to provide tailored, individual support. Regular meetings enable information to be shared, practices reflected upon, and assignments discussed... For example, teaching practices may be observed and constructive critical feedback encourages effective teaching and learning.
